New York definitely takes the win on this one! The athletic looking leggings with the shorts are on point. Now I want to go buy a pair. The look is sophisticated, multi-faceted, ironic.
NY wins, but for the reason that his look takes more guts to pull off and that he executed it really good. London guys outfit was solid as well. the multi patch jacket is what really sets off his outfit but again NY's one stands out a lot more.
London wins this one. Not feeling the man tights.
