Julien's Style Evolution

Last week, photographer Julien Boudet and I took a little trip to Far Rockaway Beach. I couldn't help but notice that his style has changed significantly since we first met two years ago. The first image below is his current style and the second is in 2010. It's interesting how over time our style can gradually change and sometimes we may not even notice it. What are your thoughts on Julien's style evolution?

  2. To more accurately give my opinion on Julien's style evolution, I would have to see more of him. However, I like his bag in the second photo and his shorts and his shorts and shoes in the first photo!

  4. The setting in both pictures is completely different if he wore those shorts and tank downtown instead of on the beach boardwalk he wouldn't be very well dressed for the city atmosphere.

  9. His beach outfit, if I had to put words to it, looks effortless, and, for that reason alone, is striking. His shorts tie it all together and the hat tops it off. Nice color composition, too. That's my analysis
